Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

Enjoyed the room, the view, holiday festive decorations, the peace we could enjoy while in the room. Having breakfast room service delivered one morning. location easy to get to other interests while visiting

The staff were outstanding. We had a mix-up with our booking, and they were incredibly helpful. Good location for food, crossing to NY side if you wanted and amazing views from breakfast room.

The hotel is excellent and view (high floor room booked) awesome. Exactly as described. We felt very welcomed (despite big size) and had a great stay. Would highly recommend the place.

The staff were helpful. There were a couple of gliches, but the staff helped to fix those issues. Issues: we were told the hours that kids eat free at the Fallsview buffet were extended past 6pm. We found out that was not true ?it's between 5-6 only) and we were charged for the kids' meal. We asked if we needed a reservation for the fallsview buffet and were told we didn't. They failed to mention if you do make a reservation, you get a $5 discount on the adult fee for the buffet. The buffet is expensive so any discount is helpful. I told the staff about those issues. They suggested that we talk with the fallsview restaurant manager. We did and the manager, George, was very helpful and kindly refunded the kids' buffet fee. We would definitely stay here again. It's close to all the niagara tourist attractions, has a pool and the staff are great. There is also easy access to the fallsview Waterpark
